40 year old man here, had a heart attack at 39. I am prescribed 1 "baby* aspirin(or low dose aspirin) daily because of its ability to thin my blood and boost the blood thinner I am on.
Note- I had an undiagnosed heart condition combined with my typical southern American diet that led to this event. A stint and a handful of meds daily plus quitting cigarettes my cardiologist has given me a clean bill of health.

93 billion animals are killed a year in general which is so fucked up tbh and thats coming fron a carnivore, but I really believe it should be made that we can only eat meat by either hunting it yourself or buying it directly from free range farms. The animals need to have a real and fufilling life, ive worked in "farms" before where the animals are either pushed in shoulder to shoulder or put in a cage the size of there body where they cant even turn around.
