  • This video shows the Vallejo Front and Corner paint stands. I have been watching these for a while and recently they were available for a good price so I purchased them.
I bought them from Squadron, at www.squadron.com. Info:
    Front: Squadron #VJ26007, $16.99 normal, I got for $12.59
    www.squadron.co...
    Corner: Squadron #VJ26008, $16.99 normal, I got for $12.59
    www.squadron.co...
At the sale price they are, to me, a good deal. I would spend much more in time to make similar paint stands. I also misstated the list price- it appears to be $20.99 not $24.99.
These are made of a ~1/8" hardwood, very sturdy and have a nice white painted finish on one side. They went together easily and are a welcome addition to my workbench. Highly recommended.
There are other YT videos of these, some showing much more detail in the assembly, but it really isn't that difficult.
Thank you for watching. If you enjoyed, please Like, Share and if not a subscriber please Subscribe so you don't miss any future updates, Product Information Videos, and other Model Railroading related videos!

Gota "Corner and straight today from Squadron, wait for their 20% off on the weekends $13.00 a piece.
Definitely use glue when assembling. The pieces are to interlock the modules, push the "T" through the hole and push the "C" piece through the hole in the "T" piece.
I love em, will be getting a couple more straight pieces soon.
If need be, use your dremel to square off a couple of round holes for bigger items.
Still will be using my home made $2.00 shelf as well.

The metal pieces are magnets and they allow you to connect the section together with another section like the corner one.

I was thinking glue those circular cut outs right under where I am going to keep my citadel washes...that way they will pop out a little bit more and be easier to grab :)

Hi there Stephen. I am really am impressed with all the work you have done with your railroad layout. So far you have worked very hard on 69 videos of your layout & I like them very much. I would like to stay in touch with you as a friend & give me some ideas & tips on when I do my railroad layout. I haven't started mine yet, but when I do, I shall contact you for your help & advice. I look forward to seeing more of your videos & say keep up with the good work you are doing, cos you've got a lot of people who like you work & the railroad layout. Bye for now, your friend Jonathan.

Love this post. The extra little circles? I would double stick tape the little circles in a spot where the bottles are hard to get out of the hole. it would raise them up a little. But if you change your mind? they would be easily removed. Thanks again for the post. I am ordering two straight and one Conner. I see they are $17 good price.

It was an ok review but one thing you did not mention is the tiny holes along the back are to hold your paint brushs upright

How easy are they to take apart? I move every couple of years so would be nice to be able to disassemble then reassemble.

Do those spare parts hold the stands together?

  • @odzmaker
    @odzmaker 5 ปีที่แล้ว

why wouldn't you put the "unfinished" parts on the outside, so that you don't see it when the pieces sit next to each other ?
