He wasn't complaining when VAR clearly handed him a draw against Chelsea this season.

One thing i don't understand about var. They show exact position of players at he offside line but what about the moment of the pass. How is it determined. Is it an exact moment the ball touches the shoe of the passer or maybe when when ball takes off. I think there's a lot of room for manipulation here

VAR decisions on offsides and handballs are so inconsistent that it still depends on those who are at the decision booth. Teams have been denied and given in situations which the offended teams will always complain and the benefitting teams will always be happy. It's luck sometimes.
so if a decision is that big why let people in var booth decide you should let the ref go to the monitor and decide that makes it less contervrisy
i'm still not fully convinced that VAR got it correct as they greyed out the ball so you can't tell where in the ball the line was drawn. that is one of my biggest concerns for that decision...along with not judging where the defender's foot behind Kane is.
You say Conte is crazy but even the pundits can’t point a finger and confidently say the decision was right.

I think for offsides, VAR should allow some epsilon meter error to account for human error. If the difference between the lines is within epsilon(the value that human eye can’t differentiate), then the goal should be allowed. Why make the epsilon 0.0 mm? It kills all the emotions in football.
They literally already made the lines thicker in 2021 to give more leeway. Come on. It was offsides.
Sure, they make it 1mm. Then people start saying 'well it was only 1.000001mm offside, this is unfair' etc. It's turtles all the way down.

Conte refers to "interpretations" being made with the decision, so clearly he thinks in his view it's wrong. It seems clear it's a right or wrong decision, the VAR checked and made the right call. Clearly Conte knows he can talk about anything but football using the notion of interpretation rather than right/wrong on the decision.
Dan and the producers do not want Frank to expose the game for what it has become. Craig has lost the plot.

While I find this hilarious, it shouldn’t take anyone, any system, or VAR, 4 minutes to make a decision. If it is so close that a decision cannot be made in 30 seconds or less, give the goal. These decisions that take this long are killing the game.
If Spurs had played better and scored more goals they would have won ! But they didn’t because Sporting ( 4 th place in the Portuguese league ) played better overall !

Gents...you're WRONG. "Tracking the players" took so long and they STILL got it wrong. The video clearly shows the ball a foot away from Royal's head, meaning Kane was NOT off-side at point of impact. "It is cloudy"....really?!? VAR has been a disappointment when it is needed the most. Frank has it one hundred percent correct, and he before the rest of you SHOULD know. Now, to criticize Conte's English is asinine. It's not his first language. Conte is right and I don’t even like the guy. The refereeing is terrible, inconsistent every week. One week that’s offside the next week it’s not. Liverpool v Utd the goal was offside but var couldn’t prove it until after the game. Handball is a joke, people also getting booked for nothing and then bad challenges go unpunished, sometimes they want to check things and sometimes they just don’t bother.. fans would just like to know why.. these pin head English referees make a mockery of themselves every week and they’re never held accountable.. yet they’re costing teams millions and costing teams trophies. The game has gone.. and there’s no way back until they are rightly taken out of their positions and replaced by referees who know what they’re doing

They don't want to hear the real side of the rules in which the defender rules the offside out of it and 100% the defender intentionally hits the ball thus meaning the goal should stand. There are many rules that concern the offside. The defender did not intentionally play the ball therefore it doesn't count.

Kane has been getting soft penalties for last 8 years .. Llorrente handball against Manchester City was the biggest robbery so this is really satisfying to see

@@basiclerth because they can’t trust linesman to make the correct call, evident by how much VAR has had to be used in instances like this. You must need a new phone because the images aren’t blurry. The technology takes time to review, but is far more accurate and precise than the human eye in real time.

Harry Kane WASN'T interfering with play (regardless of where he was) and was played onside by the defender when the ball came off him. Goal should've stood

When the ball was played Kane was OFFSIDE (whether it’s a mile or inches) regardless of whether it touched a defender or not
There is another rule now that says if a defender touched the ball and changes the direction 2 completely different rule

how can you be sure? There's still City, Liverpool, Chelsea, United, Arsenal, competing for those same trophies (not to mention the UCL where you have your Bayerns and Real Madrids as well). It's good to be optimistic but there are no guarantees.

The same goes for Inter, he won the title by assembling a squad that was superior to any other in serie a.
