It certainly can be dangerous! It’s not all that hard to be safe in the heat either, it just takes a bit of extra planning.

Great video. Thanks. Thumbs up on long sleeved hiking shirts - e.g. upf 50. An often overlooked versatile piece of gear for sun (and rain) is an umbrella. There are ones for hiking...reflective / silver that are great in both situations.

If it’s humid, extra water is even more important to compensate for the extra sweating 😁
