Great question! That is what the next video is about, cyclically loaded structures. Since I am in Los Angeles, I have my D1.8’s alone with my D1.1’s. This allows a welder to weld through the rat hole in seismic areas. In less seismic areas, neither are as sought after as they are in high seismic activity areas. I hope this helps!
