What’s sad about this is that these guys have a handful of great business attributes to be successful. Ambition, organizational skills, leadership, critical thinking and they know how to spot opportunities but they use those gifts the wrong way. They’re lack of technical skills and even some basic schooling has led them to take the easy road in life. The easy road leads to a life unfulfilled. This problem stems from our education system and laziness. It’s not a race thing either. Every race scams. My uncle just got out of prison after 20 years for doing the exact same crap these guys are doing. To every current or future scammer. Try to offer something to society that actually matters and helps. If your ambitious, take courses online on something you like and get after it. Stay up.

Isn't there a way to see who is buying prepaid cards at a high suspicious volume and also see who is cashing out these cards in the same way?
Not on all of these cards no and a company isn't going to try and follow a few hundred here and there... it's just not cost effective to try and pay to prosecute for something so small. They pay 10 times that in lawyer fees.
