Nandu Rasam in Tami Recipe | நண்டு ரசம் | Crab Rasam | Indian Herbal Soup| Amma Samayal Food Channel

Ingredients:
Rasam Blended Paste:
Black Peppercorn - 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tbsp
Dried Chili - 2-3 Pcs
Onion - 1 Medium Sized, Roughly Cut
Ginger - 1 Medium Size Chunk
Tomato - 1 Large Sized, Cut Into Large Pieces
Garlic - 2 Whole Head; Freshly peeled as well as unpeeled (with its skin)
Curry Leaves - 1 Stalk
Crab (Legs only) - 1-2 Pcs Of Its Crab Legs
Water - 1 Cup
Crab Rasam:
Oil - As Required
Mixed Spices - 2 Tsp
Asafetida (compounded) - 1 Tbsp Or A Few Pcs
Onion - 1 Medium Onion, Half Rings
Dried Chili - 5-6 Pcs, Roughly Cut
Curry Leaves 1st - A Handful
Garlic - 7-8 Pcs, Lightly Pounded, unpeeled
Blended Rasam Paste - 2-3 Cups
Crabs - 1-2 Pcs, Light Pounded, or 4-5 Pcs (Optional But Taste Even Better)
Water - As Required (Depend On Your Liking Of The Rasam Base; Diluted Version Or Thick)
Tamarind Pulp - 1-2 Tbsp, Diluted Or Add More To Your Liking
Salt - To Taste
Tomato - 1 Medium Sized, Cut Into Wedges
Curry Leaves 2nd - A Handful
Coriander Leaves - A Handful

Hi! No dear because we have blended the crab leg pieces into fine paste. If this worries you then you can strain the rasam before eating.

I like your recipe sis but not the painted finger nails. That is a turn off. The nail polish which is a carcinogen will leech into the cooking. You can wear gloves while cooking.
