+GossipCookie I was actually going to say that! Most artists don't really respect the makeup or holiday, but Klaire nailed it. It looks authentic and is extremely respectful to the holiday. Stunning artist and stunning makeup!
I've been following you for 7 years now(I think, dont take my word on it) and you're videos are always my favourite because you don't do the typical looks, you make them your own by having inspired looks. This is the PRETTIEST dia de los muertos makeup ive ever seen, hands down
Klaire, you amaze me more and more with every video. I love your skill and creativity and your beautiful soothing voice. I also like the fact that you don't follow trends in the beauty community (such as Kim Kardashian makeup, Kylie Jenner makeup and blablabla), but instead, you always have something new and different to offer. You are a true refreshment among all of these youtubers who get boring over time with similar looks and same techniques over and over again. I also love your artistic approach to makeup. You are one million levels above other "beauty gurus". Thank you for making videos.
It's a pleasure to watch how you've done this make up. I saw like 100 videos about sugarskulls, Dia de Los Muertos and how to create that look before Halloween and honestly, you've created the best one! It's so beautiful, detailed and yet - simple, because you used only 3 colours and not whole rainbow. Absolutely love it!
I love the sobriety in this ! Sugar skulls and Dia de Los Muertos looks usually attract because of all the colors and crazy designs which I think are really beautiful, but the "graphic touch" here is so elegant and original !
All of your makeup videos inspire me so much! Everything from the look, to the props and then the music! Like this one, I love that it brought a kind of spiritual vibe saying that 'you are my rosary' I just love all your works and I wish you good luck on your up coming projects
since we watched ur Halloween videos my niece and i were captured for ur talent, so it feels sooo amazing see people making mexican art, this is great and we love it, and of course i haaaaate really hate when people translate Dia de los Muertos, so thanks for the respect to our traditions and making a gorgeous Catrina look. Greetings from Mexico City :D
Klair is amazing to me because she knows when to stop. She never has too much going on in one look. My problem is making way too much detail everywhere. Klair is simple elegance. I am forever envious.
I love all your tutorials. I like how you make tutorials on so many different characters, etc and it's so helpful, especially when it comes to halloween.
+mzlil this isnt a "character", this is a cultural holiday with meaning and purpose. also, if youre referring to this as a halloween costume please realize that someones culture is not a costume, super disrespectful
I have to say, this is arguable the best make-up tutorial you've done (in my opinion). I absolutely love this *-* I wish I could do something like this.
i have a question: will you do a video on how you take care of your brushes if you haven't already? I've noticed that you use similar if not the same in different videos.... just wondering.
This is sooo cool. Im gonna try this out asap. I also gonna try using some bright color lines instead of black because I think that would look so pretty and festive!!! I absolutely love this.
can I just congratulate you on having eyebrows; bc so many people shave them all off and draw them back on, and most make up artists pluck them way too much. #eyebrowsonfleek
Amazing!! I live in Mexico and it's the one holiday that always gets me exited! :D Obviously by my icon, I've been really into it lately....Lol. Although mine looks boring because I went with an unoriginal design. Lmao. I love your version, yours has a "smokey" look to it and I've never seen anything like this. Very well done, Klaire! :)
¡Oh dios que hermoso te quedo! *.* Es una hermosa catrina sin duda me animaré a hacerlo, gracias por la gran idea en este video para este día tan especial para los mexicanos. :) ¡Arriba méxico! ¡Si señor! ;3 ♥
Damn good as always, Klaire ! I really love what you're doing. Thanks to you i've got something new to recreate on a rainy day ! ;) ( even if i've been really stressed out by the lines on the top of your forehead that you forgot to draw on the other side ^^ But amazing job still)
I keep watching your amazing looks, but I can't do any of them because I wear glasses. Could you do something that works for those who are burdened by bad eyesight?
Heather Gonzalez What a revolutionary idea, never crossed my mind, did cross your's I wouldn't have asked for looks that work with glasses if that worked?
I see the foundation is from a Pro-store, is there a way for a non-makeup artist to get a hold of it? I so rarely find foundation in such light tints, and I'm so fair!
Best Day of the Dead makeup on TH-cam, hands down. Absolutely stunning, feminine, artistic and elegant. You are a great artist.
Yes and also correct, because most of the other tutorials have so much mistakes like drawing stitches and not teeth lines! (sorry for bad english)
+GossipCookie I was actually going to say that! Most artists don't really respect the makeup or holiday, but Klaire nailed it. It looks authentic and is extremely respectful to the holiday. Stunning artist and stunning makeup!
I absolutely love your version of Dia de Los Muertos... Its beautiful!!! Everything so precisely done. I've watched it twice...
So glad to hear you liked it that much! :D
You are welcome sweetheart.....

Your look was great too !

es algo que me alegra. despues de tanto sufrimiento. Vivimos en un limbo en el que no se nos permite ser felices. GRACIAS DESDE EL MEXICO ROTO

I just love all your works and I wish you good luck on your up coming projects
This looks effortlessly amazing, simple yet so detailed and elegant. Awesome job.
Klaire your probably one of the most talented makeup artists on TH-cam seriously your amazing
That "Dia de Los Muertos" pronunciation was so precise.
I'm half spanish :)
This is quite good...doesn't look like every dia de la muertos tutorial out there either which I like
Looks like a lot of work, very intricate, and beautifully done.
Awesome job, you’re one of my favorite makeup artists on TH-cam.

Beautiful. Not like the ones you usually see on TH-cam, very original and artsy :)
I really like your version. I'm from mexico and it is a pleasure to see your art!!!
Klair is amazing to me because she knows when to stop. She never has too much going on in one look. My problem is making way too much detail everywhere. Klair is simple elegance. I am forever envious.
Im always so happy when i notice that you used Phildels music *-*
I love all your tutorials. I like how you make tutorials on so many different characters, etc and it's so helpful, especially when it comes to halloween.

+Lu Santizo Maybe she was "La Catrina" which IS a character.
I always love the music that you have playing in the background of your videos.
Amazing as always!! Plus, your pronunciation in the fast spanish quote is so good! I loved to hear you speaking in my language! ^_^!
One of the best Catrina's makeup I've ever seen. Thumbs up!
I have to say, this is arguable the best make-up tutorial you've done (in my opinion). I absolutely love this *-* I wish I could do something like this.
Absolutely love it. I have seen so many make up looks on youtube based on the day of the dead. This is absolutely amazeballs! Keep up the good work!
i have a question: will you do a video on how you take care of your brushes if you haven't already? I've noticed that you use similar if not the same in different videos....
just wondering.

This may be my all time fave Dia de Los Muertos look!!
love the rhinestones under the eyes, makes it look like you're crying.
That's exactly what I was going for! :)
thank you for being respectful and not calling it a Halloween costume
Amazing!! I live in Mexico and it's the one holiday that always gets me exited! :D Obviously by my icon, I've been really into it lately....Lol. Is that a skull lamp at the end? It looked like it was glowing from the inside.
It's actually a piggy bank, but I held a torch under it in the photos so it looked like it glowed :)
KlairedelysArt That's so smart. Thanks for the reply!
Now I just need to find something similar and make a lamp, lol.

Funny how this is our theme in high school art class
She forgot the three lines at the top on one side, AGH
Loved the video though!!
OMG yes that was making me feel obsessive lol, I still totally loved the look though
Hannah Cullipher She also doesn't add some dots besides her right eye but i think it is balanced with each side having its own unique detail.
Do you speak Spanish? Cause your pronunciation is good!
