I love the thing you throw/spin. It is absolutely entrancing and I'm definitely building myself one. Just hope I don't hit myself in the head while spinning it. What would be really cool is adapting/modifying it to sit on an angle and spin on a lazy Suzanne. It would make an excellent fidget. I love using more natural materials to stim, there's something so soothing and unique about it. I don't know if it is my age or history. I think there aren't enough non plastic fidgets. This could be a whole new market.
I like all the scrap wood projects but I really like your ‘mini table’ desk top art work. I’d love to see you add a lazy Susan bottom so you could spin it while it sits on the desk. A couple of pieces of scrap wood and some marbles or BBs and you could make your own twisty thing. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the next videos.
@@FishOverChicksWoodworking He hasn’t yet subscribed to the magic that is TH-cam. It’s where I get 80% of my crafty inspiration! I’d love to see the how-to video. I turn pens too, but not nearly as many or as well. All of mine are gifts. I think adding the holder would definitely snazz them up! I really like a lot of your ideas. Please keep them coming! 😊
Dude - you displayed the record holder BACKWARDS. You want the triangle up against the wall and the lip on the front so you can see the album art! I know - nerves - no big deal.
As a man of a certain age with a large album collection, I have another idea. Instead, why not make a square frame with a slit for the album to slide through so it's held in place on the wall and the art work isn't obscured, especially if it's something iconic like Sergeant Pepper, for example. In fact, you could go bigger, make one that takes four albums, and leave them unpainted so the customer can paint it a colour of their choice to match the artwork.
I liked the 3 bent strips of wood embedded in a block of wood...Thanks!
Thank you! We have a wood bending tutorial coming soon!
@@FishOverChicksWoodworking Awesome!
I’d love to see you make the pen/pencil holder and the catch all tray. Love all of your ideas!
Those videos will be coming soon then! Keep an eye out!

Thanks Thom! That sounds like an awesome idea for some of these projects!
Thanks for sharing your video you just give me some ideas
I'm so glad you liked it!
My brother turns pens on a lathe and sells quite a few of them. The nice pen holder would really take them up a notch!
Would he want to show us how on the channel?! that's awesome!

Asking $900 and getting $900 is easier said than done!!!
Very true!!
More like asking $3 for it and getting $3 for it.
That Odessa's album? 😉👍
It’s a classic!!

No way! is that really how it's supposed to go? I had no idea lol
Thanks dude. I'm glad I didn't have to call him on that and embarrass the crap out of him. Lol
@@FishOverChicksWoodworkingI guess it looked right from your perspective 😊
