I agree with your system for evaluating cards, and I think this is where every card should start. One of my favorite parts about deckbuilding is looking for strong synergies that elevate bad cards into great cards. That new Sugar Rush Speedway comes to mind. Alone, it looks pretty unrealistic and bad, but combined with certain cards it’s an amazing combo.
Ya I agree. The additional cost to discard a card for RLS pushes it over the edge imo. I guess it could be better if you need a discard engine so you take adv of it.
