The half bath with the individual nail accent wall unique. 1200 feet of balcony space fantastic. The widest and sturdiest spiral staircase I’ve ever seen. Rooftop speaks for itself. Stunning penthouse.

I will be moving to Miami when I'm done with my studies and I want to rent a 1 bedroom apartment with a decent view and balcony (I'm a sucker for balconies), so I was wondering what's the lowest floor you recommend getting a place on (obviously the higher the better but higher is also more expensive). Are there good options for around 1500-2000$/month? I've already started investing in the stock Market to help make my dream come true! Your videos make me even more impatient to move to Miami, keep up the great work!
Great penthouse and price. One thing you should have mentioned is the other incredible building amenities including the ground level pool, spa and gardens. The architect is the world renowned Bjarke Ingles and landscape by the Raymond Jungles (locally and nationally famous in his own right). The detail and exclusivity on the property are world class and the neighborhood at your doorstep is also beautiful.

I like the half bathroom with the beautiful nails wall, I like the marble floor I like the family room with the view, I like the master bedroom, the master bathroom. I like the walking closet and the beautiful balcony. the rooftop pool is awesome. Last I like the building design.
