Sir, With all respect thanks for this video. But what i experienced in my last 2 attempts of Tech entry, i felt that those people who dominate in the GD eventhough they fumbled in their individual narration are able to get screened in. Now i just have screened out for 2 times simultaneously. But one thing iam sure that my OIR and Individual narration was good. In individual narration i didn't get fumbled up and completed the story within stipulated time. In GD i was calm and still able to give 2-3 points from my side. The points you mention in the video are implemented by me in my recent SSB. But i got screened out. Anyway its over, next time i will come up with better preparation and perform my best. For all those who not made to SSB, don't lose hope work for it continuously. Jaihind

Sir,thank you for clearing doubts.but i would like to say that, 20/120 in ota is a trend now...it's a written entry..they have their set pattern of talking just 20-27
Jai Hind Sir, Just a question. I know this is not going to happen but still thought of it. Ques: Isn't it possible for the board to give feedback on the candidate's performance after conference? Keeping in mind that there is a shortage of officers in the Army. Doesn't it help to fill the gap and make them prepare themselves accordingly?
It can't be done brother because all the assessors have different opinion. For ex if you have written brilliant TAT stories showing adaptive nature but in your interview you said I have some friends and in GTO you could not assist your group. So in this case the opinions will differ and same for all 15 OLQ so it's better to show real personality in every test. Hope your doubt is cleared,✌️✌️
Even if they would provide feedback, it will still encourage Superficial behaviour among the candidates. Instead of improving their personality, candidates will focus on improving that particular weakness which will be similar to rote learning like students do during their exams which will be a waste of time and effort.
Bro, they just check out your realistic behaviour only if, your personality is okay then," you don't even have to answer GK and other knowledgeable questions" you would be selected.so ,if, you haven't made it in the first one, the only way" is to CHANGE YOUR SELF to group collaboration, responsible work at home etc .
That is the same question which I asked in my conference And you will be amazed by knowing the answer I got When they were done by the questions in Conference and asked me for any questions Gentleman, l said yes sir Although I m Confident enough yet if I got dropped in this attempt then can I get the reason He asked me what reason I said like where I have to work upon so that I can improve Then his answer blow my mind Gto said Gentleman in the future if u get a chance to serve then u will have the responsiblity of lives of 100 and may be more than just 100 and not only their lives but also their family , children and all So it should be your decision He just said this It is deep to understand Think on it and if you do not get it let me know I will tell you its meaning

Your graduation in application has to be the same as it is in the degree, now if you are a structural engineer (specialisation of civil) mentioned in degree, and you have filled the same in application then no problem, However if you are civil engineer and somehow filled structural/ environmental/ public health/ construction which is otherwise form degree than it is a problem
