Very amazing racing, concrats! I was getting hyped watching. I saw your harness hook and it looks fancy, what produkt is it?
I use the Liberty harness in size S and put on the free ride addicted "freewill hook". It opens under force so good for big crashes
I felt you being more and more aggressive as of this event. Yes, maybe it is time to put what you learnt together. Keep that aggression going and win it!!!

Great regatta. Congrats .keep the speed and improve your gibes because this islike Monaco....no overtake! A good inside rounding and then swell and speed up(down).... such short legs but.....several gibes are the only overtake possility and especially to escape dirty wind

By using the AEOn Patrik Foil-system - could you write something about the fuselage/board-angles you are using?
You had 2 giant crashes due to the gnarly waves - did your freefall hook opened as planned? thank you very much
I was using about 3.5 degrees. Actually on those two crashes I went out of the harness mid air myself so in the end the hook didn't open. But in those situations it usually open if I can't safe myself

Wir hatten übrigens in Makkum über die Narben gesprochen, speziell auch bei kleineren Verletzungen, die im Wasser immer größer werden.
Wie ich schon damals sagte, liegt alles im Koffer, den ich gerade raus geholt habe, weil ich nach Teneriffa fliege. 😇😂
Du brauchst wie folgt
Oleo-Tüll classics 10x10 cm
ES-Kompressen 10x10 cm
Opsite Flexifix 10x100 cm
Oleo ist eine feuchte Gaze, die gefaltet auf die Wunde gelegt wird, darauf die Kompresse, dann mit dem Flexifix abkleben.
Das ist dann absolut wasserdicht und wird nach 2-3 Tagen gewechselt, je nachdem wie sehr die Kompresse durchgeblutet ist.
Habe ich seit einigen Jahren immer im Koffer und seitdem keinerlei Probleme mehr. Ursprünglich stammt das wohl aus der Altenpflege 😇
Einfach mal in der Apotheke beraten lassen, da gibt es auch Alternativen, meist aber auch sehr teuer. Das zusammen kostet ca 40€, ist es aber auch wert.
Ansonsten hab viel Spaß auf dem Weg zum weiteren Erfolg 👍🏼

Ma si può sapere : i nodi del vento, mq vele, board slalom foil o Formula Foil ? .E poi...La board formula abbiamo...ma troppo pericoloso il Foil. .E paura di non riuscire ad imparare tecnica nuova...??? Grazie!
