Kenny Anderson's is a purely unbelievable and amazing story! I was so literally touched. Before today I only knew about his basketball game (up and down at times), but he really seems like a wonderful man.
    I applaud his courage.

Just watched his Sports Illustrated interview on this. Takes a lot of strength to speak so candidly about his wide range of life experiences and just own it. Nothing but respect here.

"Kenny Anderson will say it: he was sexually abused, in two separate instances and by two separate monsters, during a harrowing early life that he will also tell you about. That life -- ungoverned by a mother too addicted and conflicted to be much of a parent, then ungovernable by dint of the heavy freedom his talent for the game gave to him -- did not prepare him for any kind of life but the one he'd suffered through. It bruised and broke him, as of course it would. It helped make him a person he no longer likes much, or much resembles. He wants to talk about it now, all of it."

Did Kenny Anderson report these men to the police so they don't prey on other kids?

Once again predators go after the covering of a home (fathers, sons, brothers, cousins, uncles, etc) and remove the protection in an effort to disrupt the cohesion of the family. If trust has been lost (due to a lack of protection) then they attack the most vulnerable parts of the family that is left until the entire structure crumbles. Some victims become predators themselves which in turn makes them complicit in the crimes committed. Others succumb to the long term consequences of that complex trauma

Are you serious...he was abused but he is letting theses sickos stay on the loose to do it and hurt another child. I'm sorry for happened to Kenny as a child. If you Know something ain't right and you let it happen to somebody else, you're just as guilty.
