In the UK black drill bits are for metal, gold/silver are for other stuff like wood and brick, also start off much smaller, make a little pilot hole, it makes it easier for accuracy. Great video, love the car stuff. Keep up the hard work.

Despite my criticism on an earlier video of you working in your own garage, I found this one very interesting to watch. I am going to try and explain why there is a difference, but I find it hard to put it into words (I am not sure which particular English words to use...). But anyway, the main thing about this one is the edit and the changes in what you were doing to your car - not staying too long on the same topic with too much footage, but edit it in a way that it keeps interesting for me as a viewer while still seeing the process you did to get to a certain point. You managed to do that in this video ;-)

little tip for preventing oil and stuff from getting on your point a d shoot camera.
take a rubber glove and cut one finger off. stretch that over the camera lens and wrap the rest of the camera in the palm of the glove then the oil will get on that and it can be thrown away after

When drilling in metal, it's useful to use a center punch to help keep the bit inline. Another thing is cutting fluid just to make things easier on the bit.

I once fixed up a leaking brake fluid on a 2001 Ford Expedition, but can I tell you it was so much harder that it was on your car Adam. Also when your screw off a wheel, make sure to go cross to cross on the bolts, otherwise your disc brake will be lopsided. (=

Tip: Use a magnet to pick up all of those metal shavings from drilling. Don't have a random magnet around? Find a crappy old speaker.
Ideas on how to make these more interesting? Talk more about working on your cars and bikes over the years with your dad. Little tips like routing that wire like he showed you are great. I grew up working on my bikes and cars without my dad around and never had the proper tools around, so I mangled a lot of things with vise grips and pliers. Learning the hard way sucks, so sharing tips and advice from the people you learned from are great.

for your boost leak check your turbo manifold! either the 4 bolts that connect the turbo started to get loose or the actual nuts on the manifold to the head might be backing out. always check those! it's a b**** to get to sometimes depending on your setup

Hey @Adam LZ my recommendation would be instead of cutting through the parts that are pretty time consuming just set up the camera for a time lapse and put some background music (Fade-in-Fade-out) in it. Keep up the good work man, P.S. that s13 looks sexy as hell!

Adam, no hate intended, I am a huge fan. I am just trying to talk to you one on one. So, I understand most of the people here like the car content recently. However, I and many other people rather see the bike riding (after-all, that is what we subscribed for) because no one else uploads the awesome bike content that you do. If you want to do both, maybe you could start a second channel...? But either way, don't take this the wrong way I beg. I just kind of miss the type of riding you used to do.

when cleaning a seat you need to do the entire bottom and or top, depending where you have spots. Otherwise you will be creating a larger "stain". I found this out when I spilled something on arm of couch. Had to clean the entire arm because just cleaning around area of spot must have brought up more dirt in material. Once the entire arm was done though, it looked like brand new.
