I came here via Emma's vid to see how you receive that adorable lil guy. You started talking, I saw the plants and enclosures in the bg = instant follow! I love these types of "calm" youtubers who like tho explain rather than yell. Also can't wait to go through your other vids!
Also name suggestions based on the shape of the shell and the origins from Vietnam: Lotus, Perilla or Shiso! That's a boy btw based on the tail ♥ Long and chunky!
I think Reggae like Reggae music from Jamaica because he is so beautiful and unique.. Also because music brings joys to all and you were so happy to receive your new baby

Name him Crypt! It's gender neutral, and of course is based on the plant genus. His spikey little shell reminds me of the shape some crypt leaves/foliage have. He is gorgeous, I can't wait to see more of him!! Hearing the excitement in your voice rly brightened my day, you are precious :')

Hi, i found a turtle that looks like an asian leaf turtle. From Malaysia. I would like to know if its bad to keep it in water or do i have to keep it in a ground enclosure.
I named my African sideneck (Pelomedusa... something. The taxonomy has been rearranged a couple years back, so I’m not sure what *exact* species she is) “Kobe”, which means “Turtle” in Swahili. Since your species is from Vietnam, may I also suggest a Vietnamese name? ALSO, you can always tell the sex of your turtle by the length of it’s tail; if it’s male, than he would have a long tail with the cloacal vent near the tip, female it would be more short and squatty with the vent closer to the base.

Pretty cool story, do these guys require a UVB light of some type? They are cool AF, would be nice if you could get another and try and breed them.
I suggest it. I use 6% uvb for all of mine
