This is gonna be another scam abandonware by donkey crew. Ive yet to see a game actually released in 1.0 by them. They are also silencing anyone acknowledging their previous abandoned games and track record on their official web, steam, and discord.
Its on my wishlist and was gonna buy it immediately. But the bad reputation of the devs, coupled with the fact that manor lords is releasing in 3 days, makes me wait for improvements that as you say might not happen. Cross fingers
He's an inspiration to us all. Has worked on it for years and it's included in Game pass. No brainer! 11 hours to go boys! That said, the rating of Bellwright in steam has improved noticeably over the past few days so we should be excited for that too
The game looks decent but to be honest the combat has turned me off. I love MB's combat system and this looks like a wish version of it so hopefully they fix it. I'll be keeping an eye on it though. Thanks for the review!
I refunded it mainly for the combat and how gathering works, really odd design decisions when other successful survival games have way less complicated mechanics.
Took a couple years before they dropped Last Oasis. And when they did, they released the game to modders. Little to late in my opinion. That also had lots of potential but they went the wrong direction in development in return, the downfall.
Yep. Companies who do stuff like that are why I started my channel. A game called Dark and Light is what started me down this path. An Early Access game promising lots and delivering nothing.
Needs survival aspects, food and water should be needed for you and you village and needs a weather system where food becomes limited in winter and you have to store food. Everyones saying they abandon games so im gonna hold out to see if they add it

I was not convinced it would be my kind of game because there is no combat, and after testing it i was totally hooked ...
THE IN GAME RUNNING STAMINIA IS CORRECT. Trivia fact not even a world class runner hitting a 4 minute mile sprints half of it . Here is the runner with the longest KICK {sprint} I have ever seen or even heard of. There is by definition no such thing as sprinting for minutes... Average person can sprint for 100m, professional athletes can go at top speed for up to 400m. That's about it. Not sure how the game handles it but for a starting character to sprint for 10 seconds sounds about right, from a realism perspective at least - unless they cannot run after that and are limited to walking speed for anything else.
Uhm Sprint Definition: run at full speed over a short distance now granted it's over short distance however if you continued that speed it'd still be considered sprinting but over a long distance. Which I can do as can most people.

Manor Lords is made by one guy with no other games under his belt. I would wait a month and see if he sticks with it.

I would love to see you record yourself trying to sprint (running as fast as you can), not jogging, more than 5 minutes!
