I dont think the point is for just anyone to find the one piece, and I think shanks knows that. For whatever reason, when roger found the one piece he knew he could not do anything about it or with it yet. For some reason, it HAS to be a particular someone, and I think shanks believes it to be luffy. Of course, I believe it has to be luffy too

I have a small theory on who the traitor could be. What if it's not one of the Vegapunks, but a Seraphim that we haven't seen yet. The chapter showed Daz Bonez's devil fruit not just as a reveal of another seraphim using someone else's devil fruit power, but also a reminder that there were a lot of dangerous people locked away in Impel down. Dangerous people who some are devil fruit users. If you're the world government, you would want the seraphim to have the powers of the most dangerous prisoners. Now, as for who the mystery seraphim/traitor, it could be a seraphim version of Doflamingo or Ace. Why Ace? Because he spent time in Impel down after Blackbeard turned him in. So who's to say that the World Government didn't take a sample of his blood and asked Vegapunk to make a seraphim version of Ace, the son of Gol D. Roger to do their bidding.
Why Doflamingo? Remember the art that was shown of the seven warlords as kids, well we've seen only four seraphim versions of the seven warlords of the sea. So in a way, it could also be a seraphim version of Crocodile and Moria.

This traitor could be a prototype version of the Vegapunks, an early model used as a stepping stone from which the development of the other Vegapunks was based on.
Quite a good chance that it‘s a Seraphim. The hints are definitely pointing towards a seraphim. Like the one additional seraphim tank than there are Warlords of the sea. But the silhouette from last chapter, or maybe it was the chapter before, was looking quite bulky. Could be Blackbeard or Edward Weevil versions too as they were later replacements for warlords. Or maybe something entirely different than a Warlord
The Shanks scenes were a hilarious representation of the fandom. The characters around him were fanboying/fangirling at the idea that Shankscwoukd actually fight.

My thoughts & opinions of the chapter:
1. Now I can't guarantee if this is the end of the S-Hawk & S-Bear, but if the people of Amazon Lily ever learned that Luffy & his crew defeated the Seraphim that attacked them, will they them as heroes? Which will not only convince the Kuja tribe to once again renounce their hatred to all men, and pardon them for partly causing the end of the Warlord system, but gladly have their homeland be under Emperor Luffy's protection, as well as be a part of the Grand Fleet!
2. When reading the part about Vegapunk asking himself how his research on the Poneglyph were leaked to the World Government, I wonder if the traitor ever thought that what the scientist was doing was wrong, and thought it was for the best to stop him from going any further than he did?

Loki, although I can't confirm if he is truly a powerhouse or another "Orochi?"
Kid, who although is too much like Bakugo from MHA & Grimmjow from Bleach, he could probably go down as the most popular enemy that Luffy & his crew ever faced, and (in my opinion) has the potential to become an Emperor!
