Good stuff! I haven't had to worry about this thanks to a phenomenal seminary package, but it's great advice for some friends of mine who are using the base package.
Thank you brother 👍🏿 So basically only the prioritized resources will appear later during my work with the text? Or will all my resources appear, with the prioritized first?
@@PastorTanner thank you for your quick answer. It's all new to me. I've got the gold package. I think I'll gonna love it, when I will get more familiar with it.
Will you do a tutorial on how to properly use or properly do a Hebrew/Greek word study using Logos? I've attempted many times but as far as I get is Vines and Strong's definitions.
I've always have had my resources prioritized, but have moved from Logos 7 up to 9 and gone from Base Package to Diamond, my list has become corrupted. This was a good video to get my list back in line to what it was at the beginning, before I added so many resources.
I've let this happen to my prioritization list as well! It's important to keep it clean and focused! Only as many resources as you can make use of, the true non-negotiables.
Do all of the Hebrew lexicons need to precede the Greek? I tended to prioritize the companion geek resources directly after the related Hebrew volumes within the same series (I was trying to keep the series together)
I don't believe so, no. When you run a given guide it will look through all your resources in prioritized order. If it doesn't find one with an entry, it skips it. So in your case if you were searching a Hebrew word the Greek resources would all be 'skipped.' I think your structure is probably fine!
Incredibly helpful! Thanks for sharing this.

Awesome! I was hoping that demographic would find the material helpful.
Thank you brother 👍🏿

The latter. All resources, but prioritized will be ranked first.

@@theforeigner6988 Congrats! Enjoy. :)

I will add it to the list, but it may be a while! I've got a lot of irons in the fire ATM.
@@PastorTanner thanks. This iron smolders hot! :)
Hello Pastor. Please do a study on Block Diagramming and how to create a Sermon Outline from it. Thank you Sir.
I will add this to the 'to do' list.
@@PastorTanner Thank You
This is such a helpful video. Exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Perfect! Thanks for the great prompt.
Pastor, What is a semantic domain?
Pastor, Could you teach us how to become LOGOS affiliates and how to set up our links on our own TH-cam channel?
2:45 Like it or hate it, The Message is a translation, not a commentary or a paraphrase.
FWIW I am a huge Eugene Peterson fan, and I believe he himself said it was a paraphrase. Regardless, it is a great translation to reference.
