I had Covid last month, lasted about 7-8 days. Since then I’ve been to my doctor and the ER 3 times due to malaise, extreme fatigue, sleep issues, depression ect. All my labs are fine and they don’t know and are racking it up to depression. I was fairly active prior to Covid. It has wiped me out! I’m retired but nevertheless I have things I need to do.

I can't find anything that says whether I might get some or all of my hearing back or not. I can't find any support groups or anything for people like me. I tested positive for Covid for the first time ever. I’ve never been vaccinated. It started 6 days ago with a sore throat, then 2 or 3 days after I had chills, fatigue, and the sore throat. Then I started running a high fever for the last 3 days but I’ve been using ibuprofen. I feel like crap and I’m ready to feel better again.

Not me. I caught Covid and it was no big deal. It was only a bad cold. I have had much worse flus, like Influenza A. No lasting side effects of any kind. However, I eat right and take vitamins. Never had a flu shot in my entire life.

I have had all my shots. Had one mild case 18 months ago. I take vitamin D ( 3000 mcg) every day. I also exercise, don’t drink or smoke and eat mostly healthy food. Is it possible that the vitamin D has helped? Or am I just lucky?

I really wish the vaccine caused my Long Covid symptoms here in Canada. There is a fund and support for those who had issues with the vaccine. There is nothing for those with Long Covid, not even clinics like the ones in States. Numerous medical specialists here in Canada will not even see Long Covid patients. I have been waiting three years to see a Neurologist about by Long Covid Symptoms.

@@LionhartMI’d look into vitamin D to help with your long Covid if I were you. Get your levels tested as it’s probably low. Something like 10,000 IU vitamin D3, 120 mcg vitamin K2, and 200 mg magnesium bisglycinate per day could make a big difference.

I tested positive for Covid for the first time ever. I’ve never been vaccinated. It started 6 days ago with a sore throat, then 2 or 3 days after I had chills, fatigue, and the sore throat. Then I started running a high fever for the last 3 days but I’ve been using ibuprofen. I feel like crap and I’m ready to feel better again.

I never got the shot, but i seem to have these symptoms. I know i got that crap at least once or twice. Had that covid toes, for a while. Til it started clearing. But i caught it again, or regular flu, After. Cant shake this 💩. Brain fog, fatigue, did have low blood preasure. As they said, when standing' i would be faint headed. But that seem to disipate.😢

Not me. I caught Covid and it was no big deal. It was only a bad cold. I have had much worse flus, like Influenza A. No lasting side effects of any kind. However, I eat right and take vitamins. Never had a flu shot in my entire life.

I had long covid for almost 2 years..Tried almost everything for minimal results..Then I did a raw food vegan diet for 30 days immediately followed by a 5 day water fast..Lost 25lbs total in 35 days..Feel great compared to what I was before..

I take vitamin D ( 3000 mcg) every day. I also exercise, don’t drink or smoke and eat mostly healthy food.

Methylene blue infusions were a game changer for me when I had lingering c symptoms.
I tried it to, 2mg/kg, took, like all that split in 3 glases over a day, oraly. Felt like myself again for like an hour later. It was like a glimt of who I once was!
