Can someone tell me what that first instrument is?
I'm pretty sure its a clarinet
It is most definitely not a flute, possibly an oboe? The flute is at 0:33

I'm playing clarinet, and i'm pretty sure it's one :)

I can’t remember who played this in the series..🤔
it was in the background of the competition b4 kitauji went on stage
i love how this was barely featured in the show yet still has a full recording!! scheherazade is my favorite piece and the wind band arrangement is so spectacular as well!
