Bold and unusual exterior colour, but I do like the uniqueness. Deeper blue garage doors would be preferred over the brown. No video of the basement, nor did I see a staircase to a basement. Very rare as a Canadian home, if it doesn't have a basement.

This house is drop dead gorgeous, inside and out. The layout is perfect. Everything is where is needs to be. The interior decor is also gorgeous, and is the perfect mix between modern and vintage. But the greatest thing of all, is that its my favorite color!

What a disappointment! This house has that beautiful blue, traditional, ultra-warm look on the outside and is ultra modern and extremely cold on the inside! With the weather dipping way below zero in Canada it seems like an unfortunate and perhaps uncomfortable combination!

The exterior electric blue has got to go. The interior is very nice; would be better with more wood and less white. And the buyers had better look into flood insurance, and be very sure of what it does or doesn't cover.
