If you think the Chinese Oud travel atomizer is beautiful, you should see the bottle. Been wearing Grandenia . That Indonisian patchouli is very nice. Was going through all that stuff and there was this little 3ml of it I didn't even know about. Strifeknot must have gone, "Here you go Eddie". One thing I can say about Russian Adam's work is that it ages so well. I've heard about Strangelove NYC, but that's about it. People around you are going to like Kenneth Coles Black, and for the amount paid, ya know.
Ram! What a Fantastic review! 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙏❤️ I’ve been wearing MMH for a while and even I learned a ton from your analysis! 😀👏👏👏👏 Luca Turin said that Christophe Laudamiel is by far the most innovative perfumer, especially in terms of structure, working in the world today. It’s a great quote! Can’t wait for the interview!!!
Both Melt My Heart and Silence the Sea gave me an emotional reaction - like they took me back to a time and place. Silence the Sea smells like actual ocean shore - like rocks and seashells!
great review brother.I love MMH so much, the orris butter in it is awesome in really enjoy the oud chocolate combo here, the scent is so thick and smooth, this is what a sweet scent should be not what we’re getting nowadays! And Elizabeth is a super wonderful person the money is the last thing in her dictionary.looking forward to seeing her on the channel.enjoyed the review a lot thanks for it bro.cheers
I've really fallen in love with this brand over the past two years. I originally blind bought a 50ml of Fallintostars. Six months later, I bought another 100ml. For Christmas, I bought a 100ml of Lostinflowers. - a rich bouquet that is wonderfully unsettling. A 100ml of Meltmyheart is in my sights now. The sample I tried in Harrods was a really, rich, expensive smelling chocolate. A chocolate that smells like Godiva chocolates - not the cheap, Terry's chocolate orange of Symphonium.
It's a really luxurious house. I bought Silence of the Sea from them. It charmed me with its art, which sparked curiosity to buy the rest of the house's perfumes. I'm waiting for your review of Silence of the Sea.
Melt my Heart instantly brought me back to my childhood. Smells perfumey to me. Like something I would have smelled on adults when I was a kid. Addictive.
Amazing areej find buddy 🙌 the early works are true unicorns now. Strangelove have interested me for a while, but £660 for 100ml is ridiculous imo.... although I've found a discovery set for £45 so I'm going to pull the trigger and join the party 😁
@@paimei26 Incorrect! perfumes are just the opposite of a new model car... meaning new cars to the market are generally lemons which improve with time, upgrades etc and the bugs are got rid of, however perfumes are never better than when they are first released and only get worse with reformulations for improved profit margins... and it's every house, designer, niche, indie, even the likes of ALD and Bortnikoff current offerings aren't a patch on their originals. There's no performance issues with my vintage and first release bottles of Roja and my vintage bottles of Diaghilev last for days and will fill a room with it's cloud.
I wait 2 years to find a good deal for MMH(retail is a little high), i end up finding a 100ml size for 320 bucks in the Facebook groups, hopefully i have the same luck for Fall in to stars since is another stunning creation from the brand, nice review as usual Ramsey.
Damn son ,Eddy for sure is a frag friend ,you got your Antiquity well done Rams, I stupidly ignored this one as I had no clue ,thought it be too feminine ,now I know better on old school female frags and have several, the Chinese Oud is superb I do have a full bottle but dumb ass thought I could only purchase 1 item per customer at the release, would have loved the hand carved 10 ml dammit. Yeah always intrigued with StrangeLove NY kinda like Dusita I never committed to either yet. I ordered a 50 splash edt of Antaeus from Hong Kong yesterday, now there’s no edt on the front of the bottle below nor above the name it’s on the back ,no clue of its age really but on the old TV advertising the bottle don’t show the edt nor ml size either,so I’m hopeful it’s an old splash offering ,no box so that ain’t helpful lol.cheers buddy have a good one Rams ✌️🙏👍
I didn’t get any saltiness, and to me it smells more in the feminine side. I did love their sample atomizers, but then ended up having problems with evaporation - similar to some glass and metal atomizers I had from Amazon one time!
I hope you get to try them one day Phyllis... thanks so much for watching & commenting & if you do get to sniff them do report back and let me know what you make of them 😊
@@RamseytheRam I just ordered a discovery set from this house (as if I need another perfume to add to my already over the top collection), but new perfumes are always something to look forward to.
@@RamseytheRam no need to thank me man. you're doing the fragrance community a huge service with your videos. your channel really is a rare gem in a sea of non sense. I think I discovered your channel pretty early on. not sure but I might have been one of your first subscribers. but I may have watched prior to subscribing as well.🤗

I will do an early impression soon... and hopefully we can have the brands founder Elizabeth Gaynes on the channel for an interview soon 😊
Vintage Vol de Nuit Extrait is indeed a top 5 best ever. Arguably top 3. Been on the hunt for propeller bottle for some time.
Ohhhhhh i would love a propeller bottle 🎡
Melt my Heart instantly brought me back to my childhood. Smells perfumey to me. Like something I would have smelled on adults when I was a kid. Addictive.
It is addictive for sure... quality perfume and that chocolate note is gorgeous 🍫

Nice! I didnt realize they were THAT expensive actually... GULP 😳
Still cheaper than a lot of ROJA. sorry i got a bee in my bonnet regarding them. astronimical prices which dont even last.

“Antiquity” by AreejLeDore is absolutely my most favorite perfume - I can’t conceive of how I could improve on it or enjoy it more.
It is one of my favorite Areej Le Doré perfumes of all time as well Alan! So happy to have found a bottle and you have great taste my friend 😂😂😂
