They even kept the music from Hiroto's first Core Change man, this nostalgia HURTING. Sekai showing up RIGHT after challenging them got me a big grin on the face. How dare they make this series only 3 episodes long.

Sekai showing up to challenge the stronger enemy out of nowhere for no reason is such a classic (Transient Gundam vs Build Burning [their first battle])
I wish they wouldn't rush these. Rio deserves a bit more backstory than just being a doe eyed, big hearted beginner. Plus the OG's of GBU definitely deserve not to give him an easy path, IJS. We need to really care about him and his journey so he won't be a forgotten protagonist.
Yeah this is definitely a series that should have been a full 26 episodes because other than fusing the universes together it had a lot of potential to be great like how season 1 and 2 of build fighters were
Yeah, its sad how rushed this Story is. We dont even get proper fights with anyone. As soon as a Battle Starts it ends and we a rushed off to the next Story Beat.
I remember at the very first episode of Bulid Diver Re:Rise how cold Hiroto about the idea of working together as a team. Now he's being the first person to ask Rio and tell him about the important being in a team. What a great development for our boy👏👏👏
Quick facts on the timeline, Sei Iori & Reiji wins in the 7th GBWC, Sei Iori wins 10th again , Try FIghter wins in 13th GBWC. Gunpla battle/GP Duel was phased out very fast since the coming of GBN. And i think the appearance of Build Diver 1 and 2 are just 1 year apart. And Metaverse is the upgrade version of GBN, (like PSO2 to NEW GENESIS). If not i can't explain how all of these character are all in one story.
For those who don't know After Re:rise there was a novel made to explain what happened to everyone post the story what little was translated explains Kazami visits Maya a bunch and flirting, The story of May with the baby El-Diver (Baby's name and gender are given), Par's GBN diplomacy story, Freddie has 5 short stories test running Saturnix (One of Hiroto's Armors) and last but not least Hiroto and Hinata share christmas together it was even his idea, they even watch Stardust Memory and Yuriko(Hiroto's Mom) reads the mood and disappears somewhere with Osamu (Hiroto's dad), Hinata and Hiroto go to the room and build a Gunpla for GBN together. and thats it, personally I love May, but I'm glad Hinata was end game(Partially because of the Mikazuki and Atra vibes) all in all nice stories

As much as I love the core gundam and its soundtrack, Sekai was the only one who could show off as a true champion among the MCs, the Plutine got damaged very quickly and had problems getting up. Sei and Riku were struggling and actually we don't even see Reij fight on screen. While Sekai appears on the top of the mountain as if was the final boss and dominates his battle from start to end 20:00

Finally the backstory of the Plutine Gundam will be revealed Given everything that Hiruto is, there has got to be some kind of connection between his past and the reasons why Plutine is dark and edgy
It just dark because: 1. Ecopla and 2. Pluto in Roman Pantheon was connected to Greek's Hades and the "planet" are on the last line of our known solar system it's associated with cold and dark.
I hope I can see Reiji and Aila again, in ss1 He just go back to Arian with Aila. And is make me fill like very sad, because I want the artist just give us the story of how they become a family, even when they give us the information that Aila and Reiji have a daughter, I just feel more greedy to know how they become family 😢

I wanna see more of his combat skills and fire. But oh well) - Still invested into Seria than Rio tbh. In spite of an extremely short runtime, she’s more interesting to me in terms of story ^^;
Is is awesome seeing most of my favorite characters return, whenever I watch Gundam Build series I think of the characters and Digimon because I'm a Digimon fan who watches Gundam Build. And Hiroto's new Pluto armor reminds me of Plutomon.
