I love the how-to videos from Schrade. They are extremely informative and explain things very well and without it taking a college degree to understand. Plus, you show so much and don't take up a lot of time, which is amazing and not seen too much these days. They are videos that are needed that not everyone knows how about what they cover. This one, not a lot of people know. I personally only knew of one way and a couple of my own ways because I can tie things pretty well, since I worked as a supervisor at a place that made sports and fishing nets for 6 years. The video that showed how to start fires with a rod was great, I learned from that. I've learned from the one describing different blades. The safety video was definitely needed. They don't look like the other videos out there that look in poor quality and uneducated. The Schrade how-to video are excellent videos!

That's a good how to video on whipping. I have done that to both my dad's and my Mini-mag fashlights around the battery tube. In winter time you will love the wrap shown in this video if you ever hold your knife or flashlight or what ever you wrap when you have bare hands. Also it adds cordage to your stuff.

This wrap is called an English whip and it's all so in the s o s survival manual. Probably in all the survival books. Its in all 3 of my books. Its used for broken handles or you can split a peice of wood and slide a thin blade like a saw zall blade to improvise handles. Pritty cool actually.

i love Schrade knives. they are durable, hold an edge, and are easy to sharpen. I have yet to he let down by a schrade knife, even heavily abusing one. in my opinion, they go toe to toe with cold steel, for half the price. tbh, I prefer to buy schrade, because cold steel uses steel that is way too hard, making it time consuming to sharpen (but also makes the knife hold an edge;each to their own i suppose)
