Great to see you back shooting, Travis and looking forward to more! Let me put in a good word for Buck Rail. I had a suppressor for my Daisy 415 pistol. One day one of my cats knocked it off the small table I had put it on and the suppressor broke. That was a about a year ago. A month ago, I checked Buck Rail for the same product. When it came back in stock, I ordered one. When it arrived, it would not fit into the barrel. After several emails back and forth, Buck Rail suggested the barrel insert from my previous suppressor may be stuck in the 415's barrel, and to my embarrassment, that was indeed the problem. I emailed them telling them how sorry I was I had not figured that out myself, and I would certainly return the replacement they were sending me. Buck Rail emailed me to just keep the replacement. Buck Rail is top notch!
Yeah I hear ya bud. Sometimes taking a break helps you focus your time and energy on whats most important to you. Nothing wrong with that. The guns will all still be there when you come back. So will the subscribers. Great shooting, great video homie.
Thanks for the info. Since I got the Wiehrauch, sure I'm going to get rid of all my other guns and get another. Except for the Beeman QB78 since I've got so much time and $$$ into it. And the Diana Chaser Kit. Everything else will go to my Brother and his 3 boys. Ohhh I like your channel because it's more of what I can do shooting. Same way with Chuck over at Spring Piston Rifle Fever.

I was also a Dept Armorer and did Testing and Evaluation for Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns, and Optics etc. It always amazes me how many TH-cam Gun Channels are promoting Crappy Firearm's and other Equipment. Keep Up The Good Work!
Yeah it's honestly too hard to keep up with for me. I also hate suggesting that people need to buy something. Because in reality they don't need much more than the basics.

Great job on the Ruger Impact Elite. I know you've been busy with kids. Before you give the air rifle back, maybe a submission to the 50 yard can bottom challenge or your spin like Tyrone did? @ohshoot444 yeah, I'm ok and my family as well. Lots of folk around me hurting though. I have friends who've lost everything and having to start over. I'm seeing families split because of the stress and some people still have the "thousand yard stare." We appreciate the prayers brother! Also have you ever thought about doing tech stuff on other people's air guns? I have a house full of leaking broken ones and don't have time or skills to repair. I know you tinker a lot with air guns and that's a needed service for sure.
Honestly, Travis, what I've noticed is that people are not here for your video; they are there for you. Of course, the flashy editing and stuff can get people views, but I think, most importantly, you want a community, not just a bunch of random people looking for some extra dopamine for their TikTok addicted selves. So I really try not to look at my span of how long people watch for, because later on people will be there for me not the video.
This is awesome! I like the direction you are heading with the channel. Back to vintage Oh shoot! I personally enjoy these simple shooting videos over product reviews. I’ve been watching airguns of alaska and pellets and pistons since they were that alaska guy and Kevin Larue. It seems to me like everyone gets the same discovery/oneleaf/cvlife/orcair/pinty samplers and I’m just not into it unless I already own the product. P.S. I have a pile of pcps and enjoy them as much as the next guy but keep the springers and multi pumps coming!

For the past month I’ve noticed that nearly every new airgun video I upload gets a yellow $ and then I have to request a human review. I don’t know if something changed at TH-cam or what’s going on? My style of content hasn’t changed. It’s weird? I never have any of those issues on my original channel which is powersports focused. Whatever I post there uploads and gets a green $.

@ I’ve been putting text at the beginning of my videos saying no firearms are shown and also saying that on camera when I remember. It seems to help. I like the concept of a creator getting paid directly from TH-cam for producing content. I’m not interested in producing infomercials to shill cheap, Chinese garbage products hoping to get money from the distributors/vendors/manufacturers. That seems to be how Instagram and TikTok work. It’s sad to see how many airgun TH-cam channels have turned to shilling in hopes of making more money. I’ve dropped my subscriptions to a number of big airguns channels just because of that. At the end of the day if TH-cam does make it so they aren’t paying for airgun content I’ll quit creating it and just focus on my powersports channel and start up a new one that has been in the back of my mind.
