One with loved ones in those planes or buildings wouldn't be so quick to understand. And you say quickly, without reason or proof, we must have done something to deserve this. But assuming your approach is the one that everyone takes when they're wronged - to react with revenge, violence, force - then mustn't it also be that when we did whatever it is you claim we did to them that it was justified for something they did to us? The lost then say, no, it's still our fault because of who we are, our culture, our economics, etc. The lost analyze till we are no more ... because they believe that only an expert can deal with the problem.
