I show you how to easily replace the Headlight [ Headlamp] on a Vintage Honda CB175, this should be very similar to many Honda CB Motorcycles of the late 60s and 70s like the CB160, CB125, CB350, CB200, CB360, CB450, CB500,CB550

There's that bike I rode in Jr high...lol. I would pretend I was Dennis Hopper after seeing Easy Rider.Later I would work on a documentary with Peter Fonda called " On the Trail of Easy Rider" I ride a replica of Dennis's bike in the film.

FYI, I always ride my '95 CB1000 with the bright light on during the day. Having owned it since new and with 49,000 miles on it I think I've only replaced the halogen bulb twice. It's important to ride during the day with the highbeam on because drivers see you much better. And it's no brighter than trucks with their lights on during the day. Safety first.

Thats the metal bucket! I just bought one on Ebay and my CB200 (guy said he pulled it off a 200) headlight doesn't match up to it. Never thought headlights would be the headache in a rebuild. Nice paint job on your bike!

Hey I have a 1971 cb175 but it has an aftermarket headlight bucket, I noticed that the little green wire attached to the small bulb is located at the top of the bucket, what does it do? Mine is just tucked away inside the bucket because there is no spot for it

First off thanks for watching my video. The bulb at the top of the head light bucket is the high beam indicator. I think your bike should also have one but it might have been modified.
