In mine i have the music off, but adds a sort of ominous and bleak feel to my personal head cannon, at first she played the music to bring hope, only for her being trapped for so long, knowing that there is no hope of escape, had she forgot her talent as a musician, having the torment of mutilation hit her again and a again with no end in sight and only having memories of her experience. or is she no longer with the group of survivors and hadn't been seen since.
From my experience of the game, every time I listen to the music, I can always remember 3 quotes. "Live and let live", "There are two sides to every coin", and the most important "Fear is a survival instinct; fear in its way is a comfort for it means that somewhere there is hope"
I just learned about "Dies Irae" where the first 4 notes "G - F# - G - E" foreshadow death or an unfortuante fate, now I can't unhear it in this theme.
To me it gives off a vibe like "this is hard and almost hopeless, we keep dying over and over and going through horrible pain every Trial, but we refuse to give up because we have each other, and we're stuck in this together. We're Survivors."

@@Jeremy_Hill_2020 They change the song for every new chapter to fit the new killer. When the clown was added we got circus themed music and with the new killer Soul, all we get is a very silent theme to represent the horrible death she went through.

camping and tunneling are only bitching survivor terms that hate on every single thing killer do and hope the killer will do nothing and let them escape. As a killer, your job is not make the survivors happy, is interrupt them, hurt them, kill them. :) Just a tip from a rank 1 killer
