From a filming standpoint, I liked that you kept each video mirrored so you could look at each climbers style. Also, liked and prefer when they’re offset in timing just a little bit for big moves so I don’t have to rewind and focus on the other climbers Big move (when it’s mirrored) Thanks for the great vids!
Do you think you could lead with a fight right heel hook before what would otherwise be the campus move? I notice you threw a heel up there eventually, but not sure if it would be possible after you cut feet to get a foot high up there somehow before releasing your hand for the higher hold. 🤷🏼♂️
Hey Mani, did you do that move with your left leg/feet at 4:17 on purpose? Is it saver to hook in this kind of situation (because you´re far right from the last clip) under the rope instead of hooking above it. If the hook would slip off in the situation with the hook above the rope it might catch the rope with your heel and you end up side down, is this right?
I think that in Finale Ligure there are the hardest 5a, 5b, 5c, 6a, 6b, 6c, 7a, 7b, 7c eccc... old school grade and perfect rock wich is the most important things!
I actually tried it that day before doing the other routes to the right. Felt pretty ok, apart from one insane cross over move (I think that's the way how to do it?) which was so hard for me that I was sure I couldn't send it in one day. Apart from that sick route, definitely cool moves, pretty bouldery/power endurancy. I think having a bit longer arms would have definitely helped, might be a bit harder for shorties. What do you think?
Mani the Monkey and i find it really hard but i think being tall doesnt help that much..i heard that some years ago adam ondra struggle a lot with this climb

these videos are a great resource! looking forward to continuing to work my way through them. Thanks for taking the time.
It's so important to be able to find the best solution to the problem as you say, and I think it's one of my top reason why I love so much this sport.
Yeah same here.
Hey Mani I've checked on tomassini's climbing guide-book of finale: it's 7B+, actually 😂
Oh, good to know :D
Would have been really great to get a local climber to show you the best beta to compare to what you guys had figured out. :)
I like the analysis. It is good to see two climbers compared and to find out that there is no one way to send a route, necessarily. Thanks, Mani!!!
Thanks for the comparison videos. They are very insightful
Great work! More analyses like this would be great :)
Thank you, love this kind of video, lots to think about.
Uhm, isn't Finale Ligure in Italy? :P You went to Italy during Spain trip?
Loved this video! I feel like I can learn a lot from these. Thanks!

You got it right, you should never have the rope behind the heel for the reason you said
Thanks :)
To be fair, wearing a helmet would also be something I'd encourage.

Climbing in Tenayas :) Thanks for another great video
Whats your new 4k camera (Sony above is HD only)? Some of your affiliate products ran out BTW..
Ok, but it’s in italy, not in spain. Just for share the right information about a beatiful place with a lot of spots.
Great video thank you for sharing the experience 😊😊😊
I think you did real good concerning the editing and visual quality! :)
Amazing features on that route
Hi Mani! Great video as usual! Just a side note, do you live in a van?
Love the analysis mate! Keep doing what you're doing :)
Great video!! Hope the blizzard passes soon :D
hey many try "ombra" 8b+ on the left...tell me if it's easy for the grade ;)

Hm, I think I might have tried it the wrong way then.
Oh awesome!!!! NOw I can send it ON SIGHT....
Youve been to finale in italy? Lol thats the first place where i climbed outside ever!
the right spelling of the tour's name should be "La danza dei topi" - with a "z" and not a "c". It's italian for "dance"
Finale Lìgure (not Ligùre)
Naruto outro is back! 😍
Was that a fucking Naruto outro?
