i just tried to find iPhone 14 pro vs 15 comparation, couldnt find anything worth watching; after 30 min of trying to find some video i realized you just posted this; so thank you vers much.

iPhone 15 Vs iPhone 14 Pro is what need to be compared not the 15 PRO and 14 pro as they have the same CPU. There is a reason 14pro dropped straight away and not the normal 14.
They always drop the pro iphone because people who need more expansive iphone will get the pros

@@TheWarduke1972nah I got my 15 for a little over 500 with tax by trading in my old Samsung phone and I also got a Verizon plan with it. Also Verizon didn’t even have the 14/pro max

I agree, 60 htz is a downside, but everything else is mostly better like the higher res cameras with 24 mp, USB’c, better battery life all that
120hz is way way waaaaayyy overrated, especially on a phone. I switch between 120hz on my iPad and MacBook Pro and 60hz on my iPhone and it doesn't bother me. Maybe because iOS is very fluid as it is. The only device I really notice 60hz is on the iPad mini 6... where it looks like garbage.
i think the 15 has the same display as the 15 pro. 120hz probably disabled with software so it's locked at 60

Yeah, the default photos are way better 24 mp and plus u don’t have pro raw photos on the 15 so a 48 mp photo is like 5 mb instead of 75 mb or more on the 14 pro

Can someone explain me, how come does iPhone 15 have better antutu benchmark score than iPhone 14 Pro with the exact same processor and ram? (One is 900k the other is 1300k)
I'm not an expert, but it could be due to 3 things.
Optimized software: The 15 has a 48MP sensor that's "worse" than the 14 pro but still, it get's the default 24mp resolution and the "portrait after shot" even though it's mainly AI and 14 Pro's could use lidar for that.
Not being the exact same chipset, instead an A16 Bionic+ which will mean it has been slightly optimized for battery and performance but not so much as to renaming it for marketing's sake
Better components on the 15 such as modem, faster SSD and better RAM. Believe it or not, the processor isn't everything when it comes to benchmarks
@@ErnestoCampos-dq9huBro if u test both cameras in 1x 15 easily wins in terms of clicking good pictures cuz of the 24 mp normal which 14 pro cant and 15 has hdr 5 which makes the picture even better..and the only thing 14 pro has an advantage is telephoto lens but it dosnt become a huge issue in 15 cuz u can even take 3x portraits in 15 using optical zoom u can still get a good quality if u have good lighting
Awesome review! I get that it's worth getting the 15 over the cheaper 14 but what if I can get the 14 PRO MAX with 256 GB 95% battery health for the same price as the base 15, which would you choose? and why?
Buy the 14 pro , it gonna give you much premium experience, better camera and better refresh rate

Currently using an Iphone 7. I changed to the 14 pro max but I coudln't get used to it's size so I gave it to my sister and went back to the 7. The battery is just horrible and I want to upgrade to a non max.
I'm not a hardcore user so I don't know on what version to go. I could try the 14 pro especially since it's price might drop now. Or maybe the normal 15? I don't know.
Edit: thanks for your answers, I ended finding a “cheap” 14 pro that works perfectly. I’m probably going to keep it until the iPhone 20 or something lmao.

Ive had an iphone 11 and use it primarily to shoot video 4k60fps. Its been stellar even after dropping off my camera mount. They are on great sales now too

No I came here specifically to see other opinions on exactly this comparison. I have a 15 and a 14 pro, and the first thing I noticed was the 60hz I then googled in disbelief on why 15 has only 60. then I compared camera, and I like the 15 photos better, but of course it lacks the 3x zoom lens, also it lacks the lidar sensor for some 3d Scan gimmicks. I’ll stick to my 14 pro then. (The 15 is a company phone which will now collect some dust 😅)

I think 14 pro is better. With 14 pro you get:
- 120Hz display (it’s really awesome)
- Always-on
- Premium-ish design
- 3x optical zoom
- Macro mode
- Lidar (that means better portrait in poor lighting)
With iPhone 15 you get:
- USB-C
- Smooth edges (no difference if you prefer cases)
- 24 MPx mode
If you use it as an average user, 15 is a way to go. You won't use the pro features that much like pro raw photos and pro res videos. Ip15 has better battery life, 24mp photos (compared to ip14pro that only has 12mp photos), and auto-portrait feature (only avail in ip15 series). The only thing to be concerned of is the 60hz display which some reviewers said that it is barely noticeable to the 120hz.
