    Having an organization email as an alias under an individual user doesn't seem ideal, especially for medium-large organizations. Is there a reason you wouldn't be able to use a Shared Mailbox in Zoho Mail? Can you not set up forwarding rules for them? If the user assigned to the alias leaves the company - how would you manage that? Feels like it'd be a nightmare to manage.

      I think you would set up a shared inbox within Zmail.
      And then you would add the aliases in the individual aliases for users in CRM / Desk etc for the purposes of sending.
      You can then set the auto-forward up in any users Zmail account - but not all users or it will be sent multiple times. I'm not 100% sure if you can set up the forwarding bit in Zoho Mail Admin Console.
