I love this house. It is 99% perfect. The only change I would make would be a garage instead of the carport. I think that would be an easy fix. Other than that its perfect. Thanks for the video.

I like this house very much! I would enclose the carport and make a proper garage, perhaps, even make it a little wider to accommodate a work bench and tool area. I also prefer a proper front hall closet that can accommodate a number of coats and gear with a door to keep it hidden from view. In addition, it would be nice to have a linen closet or two. Nice!

I love the layout, but could use a couple extra feet here and there. I would like a bathtub to soak in one of the bedrooms. Plus a real closet in the second bedroom. Other than that the design is very appealing.

I love these designs. May I suggest rearranging the bathrooms so that you do not see the toilet front and center as you walk by the bathroom? Looking at the side of the vanity is a nice view.

I would suggest swapping the toilet and the sink in the house bathroom so that you don't look directly at the toilet from an open door, I noticed someone else in this thread also mentioned moving the toilet so it isn't visible through the open door. Also I do believe a garage option would be well received as well. I like that you have a "hallway" where the bedroom doors are not opening right into the living area (one of my pet peeves in so many designs I've seen).
Please show some homes that have an enclosed kitchen and separate living and family rooms.

I love this house because if the kitchen window faces east, just imagine the kitchen, dining, and part of the living room being flooded with sunshine at the break of dawn. Then, in the afternoon, there is plenty of direct sunlight on the dining table to get some tasks done. Too bad that I would need to place the carport elevation facing my east/west road in front of the house.
