    What is unassigned credits? Sometimes I see them in cleint billing setting

      Unassigned credits are typically payments that have been applied to a client's chart, but not allocated to a specific date of service. Here is an article that will assist you in allocating those unassigned credits: support.therapynotes.com/article/133-how-to-create-and-apply-unassigned-credit

      @@Therapynotes I have not seen this happen in 9 years. How common is this to get credits? Or is the person in the video (18:00) .

    17:49 - before issuing a refund, you will need to have an unassigned credit in the patients chart. WHY? Please help explain

    ERA posting Question: if a claim has been paid in full amount but after that we have received a more payment for that claim from insurance. How can we change the status from paid to .... So we can post the ERA payment. Otherwise paid claims show red and we can not post the payment.

      I recommend calling our support team at 215-658-4550 ext 2. They can look further into this for you and walk you through posting the payment if need be.

    I don't see a button that says "verify eligability". How do I make that appear?
