I did everything the same but when i enter exiftool in the cmd it says it's not recognised as an internal or external command... do you know what could be the problem? thanks in advance

Hi there. Did you rename the file to "exiftool.exe" and copy it to the windows root directory? If so, it should be recognised in the command prompt.

Once you have it installed, you can use various commands to view/analyse metadata on photo files.
