Non offensive graphic tees are fine to wear for any age guy. The two "rules"/"guidelines I use are it must match the vibe I am going for, you must actual style it and not just wear it. For oversize fits it must not be super oversized and it must match the vibe. Playing around with silhouette is fun and interesting to stand out. The only 2 rules you need to follow is dress for your body type and develop your own personal style. Nothing else matters.
I personally don't wear graphic tees because I just don't like how they look but when I do I go with something offensive solely because people's looks when they read it are usually pretty funny. My favorite is a shirt that says "John McCaffee didn't kill himself"
I live in the Caribbean… cannot and will not escape the tropical print shirts 🤷🏻♂️

I think context is key. I don’t think anyone would bat an eye at a 30-plus guy wearing a graphic t-shirt at a comic book convention. Now if that same guy wearing that same shirt were to show up at a nice restaurant to eat dinner with friends, I think most people would consider that pretty awkward. Same thing if he tried speaking in front of a high school classroom. Same thing if he showed up for a date looking like that. Point is, there are situations where you have to dress your age if you want to be respected, make good first impressions, and be taken seriously.
Three Observations:
Sleeveless t-shirts are only a hop, skip and a jump away from men's nipple shirts.
I've been wearing Aloha shirts for decades. They are great for concealing a firearm or a medical device. I live in casual city with typically high temperatures. A Guayabera is more worn for business; they are often made to measure by someone working out of their home based tailoring business.
I've got as many actual telephone numbers in my L7 Smell the Magic t-shirt as I've gotten in my suits.

There's a different between oversize shirt and oversize fit....i agree on oversize shirt is bad but oversize fit will stay eapecially in a hot climate country....by the way you look aloppy in that shirt?? It's look oversize baggy...😂
This seems like common sense to me. The Hawaiian shirt though can be very stylish depending on the pattern.

I disagree with her on Hawaiians as well. Shes nitpicking in my opinion since she likes floral or some other patterns but doesn't like the floral patterns of what could be considered hawaiian? Doesn't make much sense.

What you fail to understand is that clothes are worn for reasons other than just attracting women. Oversized shirts or sleeveless shirts are extremely comfortable. Hawaiian shirts and shirts with prints let a person display some personality or interest. And I am saying this a a man who does usually wear plain black Ts.

I cringe at graphic tees. It's one of those style decisions I made when I was a teenager that made me look like a kid.
Once I started wearing suits, I started to wear lapel pins as a mature way to express what is important to me.
