I live in Santa Barbara. I used to drive to Ventura to go shopping because they have the best shopping. So sorry to hear About the loss of homes it’s devastating. Hopefully there will be no loss of life. I pray for Ventura county.
🙏🏼🙏🏼Prayers from the Yosemite area for lives to be saved and no injuries to fire fighters during this fire. Divine strength to you all as you deal with this nightmare. From experience; Please phone the elderly, the disabled and those who live alone who are in harm’s way to ask if they need help. More than once during my 4 evacuations we ran into evacuees who had dementia and didn’t know where to go, people who left but forgot their meds and were suffering because of it, people whose vehicles were overflowing with pets and livestock and needed help with managing them, people sleeping in their cars because they were too nervous to go into the Red Cross evacuation center to receive help. Most fleeing the fires are in some form of shock and need extra help and support but keep yourself safe while helping others. My prayers follow you💔

Reports are saying the water hydrants are going DRY.
Another parallel. Some really nice farmland will be lost to te usual suspects.
Water goes fast with trucks using the hydrants . 100k gallons gets drained in a few hours.

Why was the house burning from inside out with trees and bushes next to it, not burning???
