You can grind down that small protrusion on scissors that touches inner part of the tension spring in order for scissors to open wider. Don't do it too much though.
Hey thx for the review! I have just 1 question, what do you think is best the Spirit or the Wave. I want to get just 1 multi-tool and i cant decide between these 2. Thx!
i'd rather have the bit set with the victorinox because you can use any old bits you have in your toolbox whereas the wave, surge, alx, tti, etc... can only use bits purchased from leatherman. so if you lose them you can't just go to a hardware store and get another.

Those look like normal sized bits that come in any tool kit...Should be able to find some sockets too.
