    नमस्ते मैंम , मै जब 12 साल का था तब से मुझे डिप्रेशन महसूस हो रहा और आज मेरा उम्र 27 साल है कारन ये है कि मैं हमेशा से संघर्ष करते हुए आ रहा हु हमेशा से मैं अपने भविष्य के लिए सफल होने के रास्ते बनाते हुए आ रहा हु पर अभी तक पैसा नही कमा पाया हु मेरे रिस्ते बहुत टूट रहे है पर मुझमे हमेशा उदासी हिन् भावना और कांफिडेन्ट कम हो गया है यहाँ तक bachho को भी फेस नही कर पा रहा हु हसना चाहू तो भी हसी नही आता जब बात करूँ तो उदासी आ जाता है क्या करूँ समझ नही आ रहा और मुझे सब निचा दिखाते है हिन् भावना से देखते है किसी भी तरह मैं खुद को आज तक सम्हाल सम्हाल के रखा हु कभी तो ख़ुशी मिलेगा पर ऐसा कुछ नही हो रहा मैंम pls मुझे सुझाव दे pls मैंम 🙏🙂

    Actually usko night me achanak dar lagne lagta Rone lagti pehele mujhe batati ni thi fir ek night calling pe bat karte karte shayad mene uski second personality ko trigger kar diya suddenly vo ek dam se change at mid night and kehene lagi nikal ja is sharir pe MERA hak he bla bla or v bohat kuch or thodi der bad again normal mene bola kya bol ri thi use kuch yad ni tha mene jyada force kiya than again vahi hua mene jese tese handle kiya me bhut vagera pe ni manta me samjh gaya tha ye S.p.d. he coz usne apne dimag me kuch chije bitha rakhi he so me us bat ko jyada ni chedta tha usse use bohat problems hoti thi use yad ni rehta tha or usko samjh ni ata ki me kis bare me bol raha hu to uska sir joro se dukhne lagta so mene uska dhyan in chijo se batane ki koshis ki us bare me ni bat karta hasata khush rakhta...
    But ab situation bohat kharab hote jari he uski vo personality use harm karne lagi he uske gale pe uske nakhuno ke nishan aa jate vo khud ka gala dabane lagti hands tak cut kiye or abhi uske hath me facture v he uske ghar pe pata ni tha par ab dhire dhire unhe v ye chij sikhne lagi he uske papa p.h.d. professor he so in bato ko ni mante use ignorr kar dete he but ab vo bhi thode pareshan he or ab night me calling karte time vo personality bar bar aa jati he use pareshan bhi karti he bohat vo joro se roti he me call pe hi hota hu or chup karane lagu than uski personality mujhe bhagne ki koshis karti he bolti he chale ja iske sharir pe MERA kabja he bla bla me jese tese use handle karta hu par vo use hurt karti he or uske bad use kuch yad ni rehta or sir joro se dukhta he ye rat me so tak ni pati he bohat darne lagi he

      For Clinical Depression I would suggest taking treatment from a Doctor locally. Treatment from such long distance might not be that effective. Take Care.
