I just ordered one for my daughter. I think I'll set it up before giving it to her on Christmas just in case there's an issue. Also, so she can start printing right away. Thanks for the video! Looks like troubleshooting is pretty easy
Hey! Thanks for the video! Question, In part of the video you explained how to get it in and I noticed there was an option to get it out, is that only when switching colors or you have to get it out once you’re done using the printer?
@@Bubblestheghost haha. sorry about that. thought this was about the epson printer. but yes this little 3d printer still going strong. actually printing an infinity cube as we speak right now. will be doing video this week on some tips and tricks and using 3rd party filament. .
Do not waste your money on this product. It will stop working. When none of the trouble shooting works, the company will tell you there’s nothing they can do about it.
@@triplethreat9168 yes i woudl. except the wifi issue i never had any major problems. and works with aftermarket filliament too. its a great first time printer. especially for kids, which it is geared for. now i just got the ender plus, that i'll setup soon. so i can do big prints. but nice to have a small simple one like that too for small jobs.
@@HowToWithLech thanks for your reply !! Perfect ! I have ordered one for my son so we can see how he likes 3D printing . I’m new at it too so I splurged and got an auxiliary sidewinder! People have said it’s pretty easy set up and comparable to the ender series . I’ll check out your videos on that model . Thanks for the great reviews!

Smart plan. Basically have to be close enough to the Wi-Fi . Have fun
@@HowToWithLech Every time you use the machine or just to set it up?

Yeah. You would only take out if switching colors. No need to remove when done printing etc. 👊
Great video. Thanks
👍👊
Does this require a computer to hook up to also if your having wifi issues can you use ethernet directly to it from the modem
Nope. Wish it did. It’s Wi-Fi only. Connects to phone app. I had Connection issues and realized had to put it closer to wireless router in the house.
@@HowToWithLech thanks for your reply iam subscribed and been watching this channel since it got created
@@travelisfun5689 appreciate you. i got plenty more coming. any idea feel free to suggest i can try make video at some point.
also i just got the ender plus printer for my bday. will do setup video soon etc on it.
@@HowToWithLech what kind of video editing software you use
How's the quality of the the prints?? Would this be a good option for D&D miniatures?
Honestly. Pretty good. And you can choose quality finish . But if lots of thin sticking out parts that might be not that perfect
Is that a glass printer bed I have a different bed and it doesn’t preform well
It’s the magnetic soft one it came with.
what do you do hen you want to print another one after you print the first one.
Once you select new item , it resets. Just make sure base is clean and ready for new print.
wow i been looking for something like this for a very long time thats affordable and not thousands of dollars no more buying kid toys
👍
Great video👍
Thanks 👍
Connectivity issues are due to the steel housing acts like a sort of faraday cage. Bad design flaw on the TOYBOX printer.
Yup 👍
Can you rescale some templates on the app?
Yes
How much the charger is ? How many volts? And amp?
Power cable comes with it
how do you print a custom print from an stl file?
You can load it into the app. Just save the file to your phone.
Do you have any troubleshooting tips for canceled print jobs? The printer repeatedly cancels the jobs before they are completed. Thanks!
Never seen that so far. Maybe software update. Or rest printer.
5 months later, is it still a good printer? I’ve been looking for something simple and small.
Yeah. I have no complaints. I use it daily to print handful of pages. Occasional scan or copies
@@HowToWithLech Pages? Scans? Copies? On a 3D printer? 😂

Hello do you have to get the subscription for this printer ? Are there pretty of print options without subscription ?
No you don’t. They offer plenty of free prints. Can also design in the app. And import free 3D print files from other sites.
@@HowToWithLech this is perfect ! Thanks again for the reply!! So excited !
My Toybox was NEVER able to connect to WiFi, even after dozens of attempts! I NEVER got the six letter code?
Are you close enough to router. Try resetting too. If no luck they should replace it for you
6 inches
Nice printer
👊
Does it work with other filament or do you have to purchase from the company?
That was my next goal to test. I’ll do so asap and let you know. It should. Getting direct can get pricy
Will be testing in a few days so will make a quick review and upload
Mine came out like string. Didn’t work
Well at all
Was it hot enough. Correct filament?
Thanks I don't know how to setup it
👊👍
What was the price
It’s about 300
how to turn off the prrinter
Hold the power button. Also I think after while turns off on its own.

It’s a diy fix , yup.. All they can do is replace if still within the warranty period. So far mine still ok. But agree with u
@@HowToWithLech would you purchase again ? Seems easy for kids as a first printer
