I can definitely see why you and Bec clicked upon meeting. How serendipitous! ❤ Love Bec’s shawl with the merino and possum ❤Long term is the reason I met three cousins from Brisbane who visited the states on one of their breaks. My Mum was born in Glasgow and moved to Brisbane, Australia when she was two years old. My Dad was stationed there during WWII and my oldest brother was born there. I’ve not visited there, as yet, and very much appreciate the name of the Brisbane yarn shop.

Hi Tash-I enjoy your channel so much that I had to go back to the beginning and binge watch everything. You have inspired me to make a Sorrel and the Alpine Bloom so far. You and Bec look so beautiful in your bright and cheery tops. (Margaret from My Wonderful Knitting Life podcast)

Thanks for the fun. How lovely to have a knitting buddy and you should definitely plan your next retreat together. Bendigo or bust 💪🏻🥰

Yes! I really hope so. I have never been to Bendigo before so it would be great to visit the town - and get to a yarn festival at the same time. :)

Tash this was a great podcast and watching you and Bec interact as friends and knitters.
You infividual colour preferences quite amazed me. Bec looks like an awesome friend to have as a confidant.

I made a shawl entirely with possum. There was a lady in Hokitika, running the sock museum. She gave me a cone and she thought I was mad Englishwoman 😂

Great podcast with your friend! Bec showed a color work hat she made. Do you know the name of the pattern? It’s very pretty. Thanks.

Hi Antoinette. Thanks so much for the lovely comment. Sorry it took me a while to respond to your query. I had to find out from Bec the name of the pattern. It is Algae by Marie Amelie Designs and it is free on ravelry ravel.me/algae-2

Hi Tash! Thank you for your reply. I already downloaded the pattern! You inspired me to keep up with my knitting. I already made my daughter a slipover. I have casted on a new sweater and a scarf pattern. Soon I will cast on the hat pattern LOL! Looking forward to your next podcast. Thank you. Cheers. Antoinette
