ERPNext do not have per user price as mentioned, it start from 5 USD/month unlimited users cloud service. This make it most cost effective among three.
This video lacks some key facts which at the introduction sort of downplays the importance of each strength and weaknesses. Dolibarr does have what Odoo has including Inventory and Projects both of which are missing in your section for Dolibarr in particular. I know Odoo long before it's rise to popularity when it was openerp. I also know both ERP Next and Dolibarr and have used them, implemented them and am very familiar with all three. Dolibarr is also highly customizable and can utilize apis etc. I think this video lacks the required what it should do to enable a user to choose

So Odoo for ease of use; Dolibarr for customization, and erp as dolibarr but not as robust.
