      He does. Definitely. I hope he stays accessible on TH-cam though. Producers would most likely change things, and then he would probably be put on one of those channels you only get if you pay a fortune for cable. I love the way Mr. Yeung does things.

    This recipe looks so good. I actually have everything in my kitchen except mint but that's ok. I'm also going to julienne red bell pepper to add to the salad because why not, more veggies the better :). The background music is beautifully expressing the recipe as its being created. Love it!!!!

    Pronounced vermi-CH-elli. C in Italian is always pronounced as k except when followed by an e or i when it is pronounced as ch. To keep a c as k when followed by e or i add a silent h, as in che = ke or chi = ki.

      @@YEUNGMANCOOKING it was amazing! My wife loved it. I sautéed some very thinly sliced ginger until it was crispy brown for a topping as well. It was a really nice addition to the flavor. What a dish!

    I love 🥗 salads anytime will this Vietnamese vermicelli salad looks so complete with that pickled carrots 🥕 tofu cucumber 🥒 greens 🥬 and crushed 🥜 peanuts definitely a must try

    I’m so hungry now.
    Edit: I followed the recipe and it turned out great. I did substitute bell pepper for cucumbers. Note, vermecelli noodles are too slippery for any sauce to stick to it. Make sure the rest of the ingredients are flavorful to compensate. It was a great dinner and lunch idea.

    My dad was from canton as well . He came to fiji when he was about 7yo died here @ around 70 . U cook as good as he did . He owned numerous restaurants here . Unfortunately I hated the industry so I didn't bother to pickup his skills. Since i found u I can get to do that . Love ur channel very much .

    FWIW- The Vietnamese call this noodle “Bun” (pronounced as “boon” with the inflection going up) and we Italians call it vermicelli (pronounced as “vermachellee” and with both hands moving. lol ). You rocked this dish as you always do! 👍

    I enjoy your style. It's beautiful. In not a vegan. But I do love vegetables, sesame seed oil , soy sauce. I can't eat tofu, I it's not good for my thyroid. I have hypothyroidism, I know soy sauce is another no no. I have been fascinated with chinese cuisine. Such as the fermented.
    I made my own type in Pho soup too! As my parents use to say," they weren't interested in high brow food. But love everday cooking." I add color to my food by my beautiful vegetables. I hope people won't shout us down, nor look down at us. We still like meat, only not as much as most. Thank you much for your sharing, I get ideas from you. I even make similar style food for my 2 youngest grandchildren. Keep up the good work.

    I was watching you tube art videos after working all day from home. Suddenly your youtube videos were showing up and just looking at the photos, I was drooling. Started watching them and am in total love with your easy instructions and delicious/diverse recipes. We are foodies here, love food from all countries as long as they are vegetarian. Our son is obsessed especially with Asian cuisine (good cook too for his age lol), so this is a treasure trove for him. Just wanted to pop in and say hello. btw, I didn't know you were in Canada.
