I’ve been an A&E nurse for many years and have always said to patients in this situation that everyone assumes once you’re pregnant you don’t bleed which is not true ! Why this isn’t talked about more is bizarre so thanks for sharing and massive congratulations!!! 👶 🎀 or 💙 ?? 😜 xx
