Joytoy only has permission to make figures using existing models from GW. And those were the only two head designs they gave us for Russ in 30k since he is meant to be running.

@DerKriegshammer-reviews I don't know what character series is supposed to mean. But to my knowledge, JoyToy didn't have permission to sculpt anything themselves. Though with them making a model for Leman's gun and knife, I'm not sure anymore.
