      Omni, you truly have some of the best products I have seen on the market for this industry. Superb craftsmanship and design. I look forward to acquiring your products and tearing up the forest!
      Question, do you feel your deck cover is strong enough to secure foot straps to the board?

      @omniesk8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Catchmyep3 Hi Chris, there is no problem with securing foot straps. But It is not recommended to use foot straps to lift the board due to the force point.

    Can you do a "Graduating to Level 4" video? I got my first (v4s) board about a year ago, now I have had a voyager-x for 6 months and NEVER thought I needed 4th gear/level on the remote. However 3rd gear/level is getting at bit comfy/slow. I would like some pro input on riding in the higher range of an electric skateboard safely. Thank you for all you do!

    Am I able to use the auxpack on the exway atlas pro if i changed the esc to vesc based? I know the aux pack is ran in parallel and self balancing to the onboard battery. Does the esc need to be tuned accordinly? Or can it just be plugged in? Like it can from the factory

    • @KAMiJUINs

      The auxpack also has a charging terminal, so it can be used directly in connection with VESC.

    A bit off topic: I have LED strip lights that I want to connect to a 12.6V Li-Ion battery and a battery volt and % meter. How do I get an accurate Voltage reading from my battery without the LED causing Voltage drop? Please let me know

    Hey! What's your opinion on Omniesk8 batteries? Based on your experience are they considered to be "quality" enough for esk8 purposes considering the long term user.

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The quality of most battery packs depends on cell quality and BMS, and since high-discharge molicel p42a cells and a BMS that can manage them are used, it can be assumed that this is a good enough battery pack. (Mine was a 14s 4p battery configuration)

    Is it possible to make an esk8 cheaper then but with better specs then the meepo Hurricane

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      DIY is by no means cheaper than production boards. This is because the quality of most DIY parts is better than that of production boards. It depends on how you build it, but you can think of DIY to make up for the shortcomings of your production board. But in terms of money, it can far exceed the price of a hurricane.

    Knowing that the number of mAh is different between the two batteries, isn't that likely to cause problems ? one battery will be empty thinking that the other isn't, so loss of power, also in terms of balancing the batteries, the two batteries will spend their time balancing each other. If there's a voltage difference between the two, the other battery will almost instantly discharge the voltage difference.

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If two battery packs are connected in parallel and used, the voltage must be the same. Otherwise, only the battery of the voltage set by the ESC will be used. In addition, even if battery packs of the same voltage are connected, stable power could be used only when the discharge rate of cells forming each battery pack is the same.

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Under the above conditions, the capacity difference between the two batteries does not have a significant impact.

    • @KudaBear-gj9br
      @KudaBear-gj9br ปีที่แล้ว

      That's just plain false. Carbon lasts much longer than wood, full stop. Secondly, the Meepo Hurricane is a terrible board from a terrible company. Onsra is overpriced, but either way, Carbon > Wood, in all cases, every time. The only reason to get wood is for a flexier deck, if you like that, but carbon is better at high speeds, so if you're buying a board that will go super fast, you want carbon for more stability and longevity. There is no logical argument that wood will outlast carbon.@@Neobees
