HOT HULA fitness ® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands,HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.       pikake727 HOT HULA fitness is inspired by the Polynesian Islands. The creator wanted to share her Polynesian culture to others. All movements have been modified for fitness. I invite you to attend a class to see for yourself the different movements, how fun it is & the empowerment it brings to others to have a small part of our Polynesian culture. This format has gone worldwide & has inspired not only Polynesians, such as myself, but others in different cultures, to enjoy exercising. That in itself should speak volumes of how this format has impacted thousands throughout the world, me included. Isn't that what we should do as human beings? Inspire each other? Uplift one another? Support one another? As a HOT HULA fitness instructor, the Spirit of Ohana is ever present in every single class I teach. It's not just about inspiring others to exercise. It's also meant to make everyone feel that we workout together as a family. We support one another. We cheer each other on as an ohana. Would love for you to feel that as well. I mean c'mon. Typically going to the gym, I've never felt that camaraderie until HOT HULA fitness. It's more than just the name. This is a movement. As a whole, our people need to be healthier.
