Hi everyone watching this video it just make me more happy and also helped me with my decision , I always wanted to work at aged care but i used to live in Brazil so ,was kind hard because i had to work to help my parents ,and when i had time i did not have the money ,so in 2005 my husband had opportunity to come to australia and was the best chance ever to change our lifes ,i came in 2006 i have been living here since then working for the same company so this year just to make my story a little shorter my husband decide to help me achieve my dream work with elderly community so06/ 2022 i am coursing my aged care certificate 3 to work and help people with their needs ,i felt in love with aged care in australia how beautiful to see someone caring other people with compassion you know i want to learning everything the only thing that holds me back a lilttle bit is that I am not to confident with my language as the english is not my first language .ii am from Brazil so we speak portuguese but with faith in God i will get there look when i came to australia i did not had english at all look me now trying explain my story for you guys anyway hope everyone have a lovely day and also understood my writing :)

Agree Justine brings me hope especially after the way my Mother was treated so badly in a Nursing Home. Love the continuity of staff model, like my experience of being with and beside women who chose me to be their so they could birth at home.
Excellent. It's what I would have expected from Dan! I'm sure you guys will find many different ways to possibly splice and dice this film for different purposes. So, for example, create mini films for training and info purposes that cover particular issues. Just a thought, but congrats. Ron
