"Freedom to be creative" thats the key ingredient. Too many residents, not enough workers= stress=no creativity. The aged care industry needs help.. we want to be creative, we can make a difference but the workload and certain personality types in managerial roles mean that we cant last long in the job due to stress and all our creativity disappears.. this video is showing what can happen when the balance is just right.
