Love this video, although it's your first video, I think you smashed it! 🎉 I also use the Maybelline Lash Sensation and find my lashes go the same as yours where they drop!
Thank you! I agree, I have used the Maybelline for years honestly, it's been my favourite mascara for the longest time, however it definitely does not hold a curl for any significant amount of time. Getting ready to go out, makeup done, then dressed and hair and by the time I leave the house the curl is gone 😭
Go in a zig zag shape when you go up then once you’ve hit what you want on you hold the wand for 10-12 secs on your lash line to set the curl to stay all day! ❤ Love your vibe so subbed. 💖

I typically do try do the zig zag and hold, but as my lashes are so short and straight, nine times out of ten I end up plastering mascara product on my eyelid as I have very hooded eyes. I have since this video done this with the Olivia Blaire one and as the product is fairly sheer, it barely shows up if I do make a mistake and get product on my eyelid!
@ I got the 2 fir 1 deal and when I got it I though nah! My eyes are hooded and due to extensions my lashes are short short ( plus I’m a 90’s kid so Yh lol ) I did find that the product goes everywhere but if I cover the top of my lashes ( part that touched my lid ) first then push it up and hold at the top they fair better. I have earbuds on my table and use those to clear it up after of course. I also curl my lashes before hand with the hairdryer heating the curlers first a sec. Although it then goes hard and holds forever lol I do find that it’s not what is told to us and the work you put in just to get the lift and lash is more than it’s worth tbh. I can’t complain about it holding or lifting for me, but tbh it is sold to us as it just “makes it that simple” but it truly doesn’t. Even says on the packaging to curl lashes etc. I hope you get more out of it hun. Maybe pop on your usual to get a lift then run this wand over the tips to get that hold as it hardens the lashes, as I’m sure you now know x 🎀

I also heat my curlers as I feel they do absolutely nothing otherwise, but even then I don't feel I get the same results as others due to my lashes being short and so straight 😭 I have used various mascaras and when I make a mistake I either wait til it's dry and remove it with a dry spoolie brush, or if I haven't done eyeshadow/eyeliner I clean up with a cotton bud as you said. I haven't had a lash lift in ages but I am hoping to be seen in this coming month, and I am excited to see what this mascara can do with a lash lift!

Thank you! I really focussed on annunciating and trying to speak slowly so it was understandable, as my normal voice can be a bit much 😂 I also thought it was overhyped! Even when using them both side by side initially I thought hmm kinda similar, but for longevity, curl retention, all day wear without shifting? No competition in my opinion, if you disagree that's totally fine!
I would definitely follow up on that, as mine arrived fairly quickly within a couple weeks, I obviously ordered on the UK site with UK shipping, I am unsure where you are shipping to/from so I can't comment on elsewhere. I hope you managed to get your mascara, and if there was a huge delay, I'd maybe even see if the shopping cost or whatever could be refunded or something? Hope all is well!

From what I've read you'll need a micellar water or something similar to ponds cold cream cleanser. It's apparently a pretty durable mascara
